So I've been thinking of building a 338 caliber rifle and I'm leaning towards an edge. I read some of the reviews written about the ones bought from the link on this sight. My question is are the rifels as good as they say? I've been talking to a couple of builders in az and they are a grand more. Any feed back would be great. Thanks

If Len is selling it, it will meet or beat your expectations handily.

ive ben thinking same thing, i have quit a few guns and i look back now and wish i had more custom guns and less factory guns. i have all the ultra mags that i thought about selling and buying one of lens 338 edge. by the way do you know the difference in 338 edge and 338rum? i like custom guns, i think i could get by whith three custom[ lrh]guns [6mm, 300wsm and 338?]

338 Edge - originally from 300 RUM brass. The neck expanded from .308 to .338
Remington made 300 RUM brass, much longer than 338 RUM. Hold more powder capacity.

I really like 338 Tomahawk (not a true name but someone made it up). Darryl Cassel used to shoot with 338 Tomahawk. It is very similar to 338 Edge however the shoulder is a bit wider.

You can read about 338 Tomahawk in this forum, way back to 2005???

I've looked pretty hard at them. All the reviews I have read have been very good. Components are all top end.
My next LR will be a .338. Buy one and give us YOUR report!

A rifle is only as good as the word of the guy selling it.

Len's word is a good as gold.

You won't be disappointed in anything he is selling.
