Hello there folks, hope life is great. Would like to share with you my amazing groups from New rig.

I just received my Remy 700 BDL custom.
30"HART NY 1000 BR barrel.
1-8 twist.
11° crown.
Defensive edge brake with cap.
Trued & squared.
Harris bi-pod with aluminum feet.
Nikon monarch 6x24=50.
Blackwater rings.
Blackwater 20moa rail.
Bedded fully till 3inch on barrel.
Jewel 2 ounce trigger.
Bell & Carson A5 stock.
Medium tear knob.
Extra large barrel lug.
19lbs of pure American surgical pricision, Lol.

Weather conditions were 70° 1-2 west mph wind.
Partly cloudy.

I know I can get roughly 150-200fps more without brake. It's been proven.

Load 5th is 5shot group @ 200yd . Retumbo 69.5gr , Norma brass, fed mag primer, Lee Collette neck die 3thousands neck tension, 20thousand off lands. Sierra matchking 168gr. Avg speed 2968 variations of 9 fps.

Load 8th is 5shot groups same distance. Powder H4350 58gr. Same everything else. Avg speed 2905 variations of 16 fps

I hope my time at the range will help you pick your load. I hope I can be of service.

Thanks , it's was a bit time consuming. I didn't let that barrel get hot, laser thermometer read 94-99 on Barrel. It amazes me how .05 of grain powder change opens groups. That Saturday I tested H4831sc and couldn't get it below . 477 group.
My daughter was having fun as the bullet was going in almost same hole.

I bought 2 lbs of H1000 yesterday, also testing Berger target vld 180gr /barns match burner 171gr/ hornady interlock 162gr/hornady amax 162gr. I will load them 20k off lands, just like smk.

Let's see how these fly Wednesday September 17. I will post results

Who did the work? Nice shooting and good looking rig.

Hart rifles barrels of Lafayette NY.

Jim Hart Jr is 4th or 5 th generation Smith's. These folks were my first Smith's I did busines with, I got lucky with my first pick.
I must say Karen And the guys go above and beyond. I visited there shop and asked if I can see how they work and boy let me tell you it's impressive. I had 2 rifles rebarreled within 1 1/2 yr, I feel happy and very satisfied with them. For a common pee on hunter like me, they made my dreams come true.

Kudos to Hart

Shooting groups like that is like having an encounter with Bigfoot.......nobody will believe it....but unlike Bigfoot, you've got the proof. Great shooting , you brought your A-game. Just b/c a rifle will do doesn't make it easy.

That's why I baby it. Around 700 rounds throughout the years. I ended up getting spare blueprint barrel. When time comes
