Anyone ever had pressure issues due to a stiffer firing pin spring?

I put a wolff spring in my sav 111 7mm and ever since i have had real pressure issues with loads i did not before. Any input would be appreciated. Looking at just putting the factory back in.

Blowing primers out of loads that never showed pressure issues before, ejector marks on loads that are very much middle of the road loads. I changed it because of the jump from the old spring, it looked like an s on the firing pin. Its a good pin with a smooth trigger break now but just wondering why it would cause it. It is the only thing I have changed since these issues started.

Thanks for the patient answers.
What's the cartridge & load?
What's the head space setting?
Are the pockets tight?

I know that primer striking can hugely affect tune. I don't yet understand WHY.
Your condition here, going beyond tune, may lead to better understanding.

Mike, I agree that changing a striker assembly can mess up your tune. I always thought that it was from increased vibration from a harder strike, changing bbl harmonics a bit. ---- RHB
