The 245EOL's were in stock this morning at Natchez.....they lasted about 30sec.

I got lucky (once) and found a couple boxes a few weeks back. They don't give them away either. I'm gonna run a few down range and if I don't like them, you'll see them right here for sale minus 20 bullets.

Agreed...a .308 trying to shoot 245 seems to me to be alot like a fellow using a MANHOLE cover in a Frisbee contest! Just me!

I'm using the 300 Norma Improved with the 245 to replace the 338 RUM. Much better BC. From first hand reports I've gotten its a real long range elk killer. Yanks the rug right out from under them!

I'd only shot the 250 grain in my 338RUM. It's a 8½# hunting rifle.

I have two 8.6 BLK barrels waiting to go on to actions. 350gn Makers expanding for subs once I get some, until then it's 250 SMKs for forming.

That's funny and off topic I know! I was just using the Lapua program, used to be 6DOF, to look at the 210 grain TTSX out to 300. The Department of Wildlife has a special hunt for overpopulated elk. There's a written test. Then there's a shooting test. The test is 3 shots at 200 yards kneeling and 3 shots at 300 yards prone in 3 minutes for a total of 6 minutes - if I remember correctly.

I could take one of my "regular" rifles but I've got this bolt gun in 8.6 Blackout! ;-)

Your case don't look heathy. Dented and partly crushed. What's going on there?
