7WSM 180 Berger takes down two Grizzlies!

Nice bears! Just got back from Alaska myself and took a dall sheep and moose shooting 180 VLDs out of my 7 WSM. Anyone who says a 180 vld isn't sufficent enough for big boned animals hasn't hunted Alaskan moose with them. Dropped the moose with the 1st shpt at 639 yards.

I agree. Those moose can get up to 2000lbs. They are huge.

64-66 grains of h1000 cci-br2 primers, win brass works in all 5 wsm that I reload for.
 
I would have never dreamed about taking a bear with one, but you've shown the 7WSM rifle in the right hands can make it happen!

Thanks guys! It was a good year for the WSM. Just remember. The animals don't know what kind of bullet just blew through there heart. They are averaging 2930-2975fps for the best shooting groups.
