7rem mag dies

I have a set of Hornady custom grade dies. Besides the micrometer is there a difference in the seater dies? I was also wondering can you use the busing die as a body die if you remove the bushings? I ask bc I have a Lee Collet die and would like to size the body then the neck with the Lee die. I've bee unable to find a Redding body die for it in stock anywhere.
