Anyone know what powder hornady has been loading for the 7mm prc ammo? I asked hornady, didn't give me a good answer of course.

My guess would be that it's a proprietary powder that you couldn't buy even if you knew what it was. But ... that's just a guess.
I was gifted a case of Hornadys TAP ammo in .223. 55 grain Vmax. I've been trying to duplicate this load for a year. I can get the same speed, but Not the same accuracy. But I'm really close. I've pulled the load and it a ball/flake powder looks like XBR/TAC. Would love to know what they used.
