Its their problem now. The Rival they replaced it with has so far been stellar.Your issue isnt with the ejectors, its with the extracter. Its not freely moving out of the way so that it can catch the lip of the case. Mine does the same thing. Thats why your shaving off the brass on the edge of the case, and thats why its hard to close the bolt. Once the case is engaged passed the extractor you bolt probably closes very easily?
I shot loads of 180 ELDM's using LRT powder. From 74 grains to 76.2 grains. All of them were sub MOA. No bug holes,but .56 to .75 inch groups.
I loaded some Berger Elite Hunters and they shot the poorest. A 1.1 inch group. I've been loading hammers today after cleaning the snot out of it last night. Just looking for pressure on a 143 HH hit pressure at 3300 fps on two different powders.I shot to the same POA with all 14 rounds using two powders and seven bumps in powder. All 14 went into a 1.9 inch group.
