I you notice oil leaking off the front of your oil pan, it's probably coming from the timing case cover. Apparently they fail all the time. Mines a 17' and only has 78k miles. The bill to fix it is astronomical so pre lube your butthole.

Mines been leaking oil since day 1. Never drops on the ground, but the pan is always covered with it when I go to change the oil. When it was under warranty I brought it in 3 times. They could never find the source? They changed the rear main, front main, and oil pan gasket. After the oil pan (which they have to pull the engine for) I thought it was fixed. Nope, around 3-4K miles later oil all over again. Because it isn't dripping I tell myself it's the truck just rust protecting its undercarriage.lol.
