I'm building a 6.5 prc off of a rem 700 LA that was a 300 win. Do you guys think I will need the Wyatt prc kit for this ? Or do you think it will feed fine without it?

I would get a wyatt's center feed box/follower. The shortest long action one they make. These always feed much better than of the feed lips. I don't think you'll have any issues though.
Should feed fine, but center feed is better in my opinion.

The wyatts 6.5 prc kit is for short action recievers I believe
