I have a few questions about the 33xc. I can't seem to find much information about col with a 300gr berger.

Can I feed it from a 4in mag?

Whats the real world difference between it and the 338 edge if they are built the same?

The xc can make enough pressure to set back lugs on standard diameter actions quite easily. Build it on a larger diameter action. I know a smith who built one on a Terminus Kratos and he had 3 thou setback in 300 rounds. He was running the rifle hot, believe 300 bergers around 3150fps from a 28" barrel.
