I have a box of new Lapua brass, I have full length sized and want once fired to my chamber.
Does someone have a load they used with a fast burning pistol powder, cream of wheat and TP?
0r what is your method?
After fire forming I will neck size for the next 2-3 loadings then full length size again.

just shoot the dang things. fire forming is meant to blow out shoulders to an improved dimension, ie. an Ackley cartridge. The difference between factory brass and fired in the cartridge is not going to cause you any issues.

+1

Load a standard pressure load and shoot them.

This does a better job of forming the case, and does not make bad cornbread. Ha Ha.

Just my opinion
