Ahh yes, that would be the 338 Executioner and 375 Executioner cartridges ... coming soon !

the shorter 300 Werewolf and 338 Wolverine cartridges have 4-5 gr more capacity than the XC/Raptor but brass trim to length is only 2.740" long

I know this is a 4 year old thread, but with the release of the 7mm prc today, this is more what I had in mind, except with a .284 bullet instead of a .308. A short action launching 180g 7mm projectiles at 3000-3100 fps is what I want and need...

The PRC isnt doing anything new and isn't based on a short action, it's designed to be built in long actions as the saami coal is 3.34"

My 7 wsm on an xm action gets the 180 Berger to 3035 fps with relative ease.
