300 PRC 24" barrel

Anyone shooting a 300 PRC with a 24" barrel?
I'm trying to get an idea of the velocity potential vs a 26"

My rule of thumb is 30-50fps per inch. Hornady's load data is with 24", so I'm assuming a little higher for my 25" or 25" finished rifle.

I went to a friend of mines shop the other day and so far he has done load development on 10 customer rifles in 300 PRC all proof carbon barrels. With H-1000 and the 212gr ELD-X he said accuracy loads for 24" barrels have been at 2850-2900 and 26" bbl's have been at 2900-2950fps.

For reference Hornady advertises their factory 300 PRC ammo in a 24" bbl with the 212eld-x at 2860fps and the 225's at 2810fps.
