Can anyone give me some load data for 168 & 180 Grain bullets for the 280 Ackley Improved.

Just got my Rem 700 rebarrelled with this chambering in a 26" sporter contour with 1x8.75 twist.

I'd like to get some input with regard to Powders and associated loads.

Thanks

I have had good luck with 57.0 H4831sc behind 160 NABs and 168 Bergers. Hodgdon lists 57.5 as max, Nosler lists 59.0 for 160's.

I have no pressure signs at all - I'm sure I could go higher but 57 shoots so dang good (in mine)...
