Hi! all From Innisfil ON Canada

I am looking for re-loading info on the .270WSM. I would like to use Barnes bullets .270 TSX - X 150gr. in my loads for Moose hunting. Everything I have looked at suggest 4350 use of powder. Anyone have any suggestions for me? To be used in a Tikka model 3.

I have had good luck with imr4350 @ 60.7 gr loaded to mag length with 130gr bullets

4350 has been ok for me. If you can get some magpro I have had excellent results with it. I am like 6mm though. I love the 130gr TSX. They can be smoked extremely fast with the 270wsm.

130 ttsx 60.6gr imr4350 3350fps
140 tsx 61gr r19 3150fps
129 lrx 62.4 r19 3260fps

my rifle likes Magpro too, but Magpro is temp sensitive, watch out if you shoot in 70-80 degree temps.

Thanks, having trouble trying to find specs for the Barnes 150gr-TSX bullets have any knowledge on them. That's what I would like to use for Moose?
