270 WSM custom build

This is going to be my first custom build. Currently have a Remy 270 WSM receiver to get blueprinted, going with a Mcmillan stock and probably a Gaillard or Ron Smith Barrel. Either going to shoot the 165 Matrix or the 150 Nosler ABLR. Problem is the mag box is only 2.8" long and the bullets will be seated out past that. How do i get around this without creating a single shot rifle? Any advice or help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

My only recommendation is to use a long action. Maybe sell the short and get a replacement magnum action?
