270 fast twist rebarrel

For the guys that have done this, what did you use for starting load data? I can't find much for the heavies in the standard 270

As @helsyeah mentioned, I built 700LA, 1:8tw, 27", Light Palma contour, 5R, 0.290 freebore added. The 700LA gives me 3.65" total magazine COAL which allows seating the 156HH out to 3.63 with 3 baring bands in neck and still be 0.020 off lands. The 156HH with RL26 (yes it is pixie dust in .270!) topped out close to 3300 and my settled in load is 3200. This shoots sub 1/2 MOA and killed my Avatar buck this year. This rifle also shoots 170 EOL close to 3100 with RL26 but settled at 3050 as best load so far, still need more work on it though. I plan on trying the new 148HH just to see what it will do. There are some additional bullet loads associated with this build as well in threads.

Added info: 210FM, Sig Sauer brass

I have both a 270 WSM with a 7 1/2 twist barrel, standard saami specification. No additional freebore. And have a 6.8 Western With 7 1/2 twist as well. Primary bullets: 165 Nosler ABLR, 170 Berger Elite and 175 Sierra TGK using H4831sc powder. Their accuracy about the same, have been shooting them at 600 and 1000 yards. The 6.8 is a little more efficient, little less powder needed. Running the bullets about 3000 fps for best accuracy. One inch groups for the 165 Nosler at 200 yards and about inch and half for the 175 Sierra. Best so far with the 170 Berger is a three inch group. Still working on that load. Use Hodgdon information for reloading data. Should add, the 150 Nosler ABLR is not shooting as well as I thought it would 3" groups at 200 yards.
