Just saw some 100 grain scirocco in stock has anyone tried these on game

I have shot a lot bucks with ttsx 100 grain at some various ranges out to 507 yds with my 257 Roy, with great results

Yeah it will work—I have shot a lot of 257 roy. Mostly 117 rn, 115 Berger, and the other spectrum 85 grain ballistic tip—but a few 100 grain Speer too. All have been lethal on deer size critters—accubond is a tough bullet and out of the Roy pushed fast—will kill bigger than it is.
