I looked and didn't see a 2025 success thread yet. So if one exists, point me to it. There are a few individual stories which are great!

To start this off, we went muzzleloader hunting in Colorado a little over a week ago and had a great outing! We went 3 for 3 on buck tags.

4x4 was my brother in law's buck. The 2x4 was mine. The last one was my wife's. Her first big game animal and this was her first real hunt. She went with me on an elk hunt prior and we got stopped early due to a blizzard. I am excited to say she said she would do it again after this go around!

Let's see some success pictures! I picked up one deer from the processor yesterday and saw a hoss of a bull elk a guy was dropping off and honestly was a little jealous, but applauded his success!

I had a good early PA muzzleloader season. I was able to harvest a pie ball doe that I've been watching for two years. This is the first opportunity I've had at her in season.

I was able to harvest another doe the next evening as well. I didnt get any pictures of her.

Only had two evening sits this year to harvest my Pa buck, a nice 8 (138 6/8)! Took this buck with my trusty old Mathew's z-7 magnum. Now that I'm not putting lots of time in the woods decided to order a new seekins ph3 7mm prc to play with. Now to decide on ammo, dies, brass and other components to accompany the new rifle.

Congrats from a fellow pa hunter. That's a heck of a buck!

I shot this buck this afternoon. He came out 100 yards away at my feeder. Shot him with my 25 Creedmoor loaded with 110gr Accubonds. Muzzle velocity was 2940fps and Impact velocity was around 2700fps. High shoulder shot dropped him in his tracks. There was very little bloodshot meat on the shoulders. I was surprised that the core separated from the jacket. I thought it would have held together. Cant complain though, the bullet did its job.
