I haven't seen a 2022 meat pole thread so let's get one started.
What have you got this fall season?
What have you got this fall season?
Took this big Tom a few days ago on my property in north Idaho.
He's been eating everything on my mountain for the past 8 weeks. I had to wait for season to start.
I recognized a pattern he developed and he became complacent. He also wasn't afraid of me or my dogs.
I was waiting for him. 110 yards with a Armalite AR-10 (T) .308, 168 gr. He still ran 50 yards with no heart or lungs.
121 pounds of killing machine. I am 5'-10", 175 pounds for reference.
Grand daughter(14 years old) killed this buck yesterday during our Youth season hunt. Her 9th buck.
She lives for it. Since 10 years old.Nice - start them young!
Can't beat a kid's smile, good on y'all for getting her into the woods.Grand daughter(14 years old) killed this buck yesterday during our Youth season hunt. Her 9th buck.
Seems kinda redundant rightSeason doesn't open for 6 more days here so I can't contribute YET! Stay tuned! Great job on the cat. I know Cats are a problem but don't you think it's a little excessive though...TO SHOOT IT AND HANG IT!
Cats can never be too dead!Seems kinda redundant right
