how do these bullets work on said animals?
if i can drive them to say 3200 fps using a 3oo ultra mag.
also can a 24x scope be used for said hunting.the rifle is now being made.it sports a 30 in hart barrel in hv contour on a 700 action in a 40x stock.

Sounds to me like you have a groundhog rig!!

Using 200 and 200 MKs on groundhogs shouldn't be a problem, might be a little too much gun for those 'twinkie' sized versions in early Spring though.

It sounds as though you'll have enough gun for PD's but I'm not sure about groundhogs. Hogs put on a lot of extra body weight in late summer and are much harder to anchor then PDs.
You should really consider a rig with more bullet weight.
