This is my son, Garrett's first Aoudad, taken with my RBros 6.5X284. He was shooting a 140 Berger VLD hunting bullet.

Is it a greasy meat like sheep and antelope...better if eaten hot off the grill....I guess even a fat pig and extremely marblized beef is the same if you let it cool in the pan....gets that greasy feel....
That's why I prefer deer and elk....
