Ok, so after checking out the twist calculator it looks like I can stabilize the 195's w/ my 1:9 at 3500ft. Now its load time. I have plenty of h4831 but is the burn rate too fast?
My 180gr load is 53gr h4831. Roughly what kind of velocity do you think I'll get out of a 28" tube, I used 2650 in the calculator.
