Need help with a Seekins 7 PRC

We rebarrel a fair amount of Seekins and for this reason alone i came up with our new ProHunter carbon contour. .800" muzzle OD and it drops in perfectly to the Seekins PH3 stock. We can cut prefits as well. It has solved a lot of accuracy issues with the rebarrels.

I put one of the new HCA barrels on a PH3 7PRC. I went with a 23" vs 22" original. Screws right on and drops right in to original PH3 . The weight was a wash. Hornady match, Federal 175 ELDX, and Federal 170 Terminal Ascent all shoot well under MOA. Federal 175 ELDX are shooting 2950fps and consistently shoot .6 or under. I'm going to hunt with the Terminal Ascents so I have shot it at longer ranges. .80 moa @ 600 yds. I honestly can't say this rifle has never shot a 3 shot group over moa with any load I've tried at any range out to 600.

The entire process was fast and painless. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

FWIW I really like Seekins and their rifles. For whatever reason my original barrel just did not shoot. They offered to get it in and fix it but elk, season starts OCT 1 and I didn't feel like I had time to do go that route.

Have 4 seekins rifles 308,6.5 prc,7mm rem mag,and 300 prc and all are tack drivers with my handloads, tried Hornady ammo when I first got each one and they shot like crap, but with handloads they are doing 3 and 5 shot groups you can cover with a dime at 100yds

Well. Range report is in. It's still getting 1-3"groups at 100 yards with all ammo tried. This is 1-3" groups within the same box of ammunition and groups and hitting around the point of aim, without scope correction of course. This is after Seekins replaced everything. Also velocities are up and down with same boxes of ammo. Will be sending it back again.
