Hopefully Seekins customer service will get things sorted for you. I have an Gen 1 Element 7 PRC and their customer service when I sent the stock in for work was excellent. I ended up with an extra mag out of the exchange.
My Element shot Federal ELDX better than Hornady Precision ELDX ammo. I generally got a little less than 3/4 MOA with the factory stuff and quickly transitioned to my own load development. I found the rifle generally performed better with loads that were a little slower than what numerous people on the forum indicate. I also found that I did better with LR primers than LRM. Last time I was at the range with it, I could get 1/2 MOA at 500 yds with 175 ELDX, 175 EH, and 195 EH handloads.
Seekins customer service understandably pretty much disavows any kind of accuracy claims for handloads but if you have the means to undertake load development that might be another means of meeting your expectations. One of the drawbacks of factory ammo is obtaining lot to lot consistency even if you do find something that works.
I hope you get things sorted because while it might not cost like a custom rifle, it certainly costs enough of a premium to expect high performance.
