7mm PRC spin offs.

Gonna have a hard time jamming a 375 bullet in a shortened version of a 375 ruger.... but for the really long 338 could be a good option for suppressed folks who aren't ready to jump on 338 rcm or 338 wsm.

The AI version has my interest, just haven't run across any data.
I know it exists somewhere.!
I find there's very little case stretch on my 7LRM with the 30° shoulder. As such, IMO, not much to gain in pushing a 7PRC into an improved configuration, as there is already little body taper.
If you want the speed, I'm pushing 185 RDFs at 3K using a 26" barrel.
Brass of late is Peterson 300 PRC reformed to the wildcat.

I would think by now someone has tried a wild cat off this case. Especially with good brass already available.

I'm working on both an 8mm-7 PRC and A 35-7PRC. Just waiting to get the barreled actions back from my smith. Both are being built on standard length 98 Mausers.

Any word?
Just got them both back so now I have to try and figure out how im going to do my stocks. Have the wood partially blanked but I have to wait to see what kind of prosthetics the VA is goin to "bless " me with. They've been a total pain in the ***. They don't want to give me anything that will allow me to go back to G'smithing or stock work.
