375 ultra mag

OK, here's question for all of the 375 RUM shooters out there…

Has anyone had luck getting the ultra high BC .375 Lehigh's or Cutting Edge bullets to shoot worth a darn?

I couldn't get the 353 Lehigh's, or 350 Sierra SMKs to shoot out of a 10 twist Brux barrel…

(edit to add… I couldn't get the .375 275 gr. BD-2 Badlands to shoot either, but apparently they like .050 to .070" jump…)

I was just going to send you my # for your info on the Rum . Lol
Not alot of info on the 375 rum .

Guess if I can get a Reamer I'm going to test every bullet I can find .

My buddy gave up on the 395 gr hammers in his 30" 375 rum . He was pushing to get 3000 ft.per.sec with it .
He settled on the 329 gr hammers at just under 3000 ft.per.sec. with re-26 .

I have seen Recomend just a factory reamer but maybe things have changed some since that post .

The only reason a custom ordered a 375 RUM reamer with a .300" freebore is to use the long, high BC bullets in a single shot set up…I'm 0-3 with the long high BC offerings…. I'm 3-3 with hunting style bullets like the 270 Speer, 250 Barnes TTSX, and the Barnes 270 LRX…and they are jumping a mile with that .300 freebore, since they are set up at@ 3.710" for mag length

I'll lend you my improved reamer if you like. But it requires custom dies and you need to build a false shoulder for fire forming. I had good luck with 375gr CE MTH bullets. I've got some Lazers on order to try as well. I have been shooting the Atips but I'm gonna give the lazers a good effort.

I had moderate luck with the Berger solids and Badlands but I didn't give them an honest try. I was in a rush for a load

Has anyone had any luck running the 329 hammers in mag length? Going to be running the unknown munitions bottom metal with an internal length of 3.950"

Please describe luck ?
I've run the 329 in my rums & h&h with standard mags in sako & fierce
Took a few critters with them & a lot was learned from that pill among others & still learning
Cheers

Any of you guys launch the CEBs or MTHs out of your 375 RUM?
Thanks
I shot some of the MTH I didn't have the time to do a full load workup but they showed promise for sure. I also just got myself some of the 375 and 400gr Lazers to try out. Gonna give them a crack this summer. I'll try and report back
