Hey all. I'm happy to finally be a member here. I've come across this site numerous times in the past several years as I have done firearms and cartridge research over the years. This site has been a dependable source of knowledge every time, so I figured I should join and continue to soak up much of that knowledge

I'm from AZ and just a few short years ago got into big game hunting despite being middle-aged. I have truly loved every minute out on the hunts. So far I've hunted mule deer, javelina, and elk. My bucket list includes pronghorn, bighorn sheep, and Africa.

Hello Friend.... Welcome to LRH....... I too found this a few years ago and joined purty quick. Its been nothing sort of a great decision for me. As for middle aged... I think that was me as well. Working, raising three kids, with sports didn't leave anytime thime nor $$$ for guess who? But all is well and good, kids college and married over.... Now guess who does what he wants to! Don't leave out coyotes as a fun factor too in Arizona. I enjoy that and going a far for PD'g. Get out for what ever you can. Elk Hunt'g is a closing in dealio as we speak.
