Will rcbs or redding remove a stuck case from a sizer die for someone

Yes, it will. I did that last week with my RCBS stuck case remover set. First time in eons I've had to do that.

Did you try a "stuck stud removal" tool?
Yes twisted the screw off in the brass and the tap die in another

Ouch. Sorry about that. Yeah, you need to go to them, have it machined out, or if it is an expensive die then purchase a new one. Good luck.

Yes, they will attempt a removal. In my case, since they were unsuccessful, they sent me a brand new die. I have absolutely zero complaints about RCBS and their warranty support has been outstanding. I remain hopeful it will continue in the same tradition now that they fall under the Vista Outdoors group. Shoot them an email using their web interface and they tend to be fairly responsive.

Try hitting the brass with a can of freon. Sometimes it will shrink enough to let loose. (Used to do this on Winters axle tubes in our old Quick Change rear end...) Bringing the die up to about 160 degrees in an oven first should help.

The answer is yes, both will remove stuck cases from a sizing die. I just had RCBS remove a stuck case that had pulled apart in a 7mm Rem Mag BAR sizing die.
They will. Call them and arrange for return.
I mailed c them off this morning one to rcbs two to redding
