Here's the relative burn rate of H4350 quantified vs. other powders.

Looks to me like IMR 4350 is the best as its almost identical, but I have heard its being discontinued? I may be wrong on that, but I's buy at least 8 lbs if so. Its still available several places where I have seen it.

RL-16 would be the second choice. Go from there based on the chart below.

Win 6.5 Staball .54's little hotter
IMR 4350 .51's within a whisker of being Identical to H4350
H4350 .51's
RL16 .49's very close
IMR 4955 .49's close as well, but not as close as RL-16
RL17 .47's
N160 .46's
Norma 204 .46's but not very easy to get either.
RL19 .45's
IMR 4831 .44's
Accurate 4350 .38's not really all that close despite the name.

 
@Coyote Shadow Tracker the reason that Retumbo is so elusive is because it's not being manufactured by ADI in Australia all this year, 2021. They released a statement saying they would not be making AR2225, their name for Retumbo. The link states they are making AR2225 in 4kg bottles but are not making any 2205 at all in 2021:

AR2225, AR2218 – Our two slowest burning propellants represent only a small amount of the propellant we release to the market every year. Due to this, combined with production capacity constraints, we'll be offering these products in 4kg bottles only throughout 2021.

This is likely to be a welcome change for those that use these propellants as AR2225 was only previously offered in a 500gm bottle. As many already know, the smaller bottles disappear quickly when loading for common AR2225 calibres.

Benchmark 1, AR2205 – Like AR2225 and AR2218, these propellants only account for a small proportion of our annual demand. Due to a combination of factors that include the aforementioned as well as manufacturing batch sizes, these propellants will not be manufactured in 2021. However, we do currently have stock of AR2205 for our distributors to access as needed.
 
Anyone being forced to play with different powders that normally would use 4350? Any luck with loads substituting H4350? Noticed Accurate 4350 comes available every now and again , is it similar? I've just always used h4350 because it works well in all cartridges I use.
Are use accurate 4350 with very good results. Of course they're not identical so you will work up your load by reducing charge weight. But certainly in the ballpark.
 
I actually have seen the relative burn rates for some powders flipped, depending on which burn rate chart you use. There are 6-7 versions of different burn rate charts out there.

The charts themselves are only approximate at best, ie, in the ballpark, but not that accurate, and you can find charts where one poweder is above the other, and the next time its reversed on a different chart. When I'm really trying to find the best match I would rather use a model that actually lists a numerical value for the burn rate and compare powders that way. The charts will get you into the ballpark, but they don't get you a seat behind home plate! And to actually be at bat, you gotta load and shoot!

I just used up my last of an 8 lb jug of A-4350. I orginally bought it because at the time it was $20 cheaper than IMR-4350. I mainly used it for practice, but it actually shot better than the IMR for some bullet weights. Difference in velocity was nil for same powder charges and bullet weights.
