I don't think it is safe to assume that. A .473 bolt face, 131 gr bullet, and 3200 fps wouldn't need a name. It's called a 25-06.

Looks like a 6.5 prc case possibly saum parent, but looks to not be rebated. So I'm think prc, shoulder bumped back to 40° shortened up a bit, basically what the Sherman short mag tweaks were done to the saum. I could be so far off base it's not even funny. I'd call it the 257 Maverick!
