I drew a tag for antelope this year and killed a buck. So am I not able to get a preference point during the preference point buying time now?

I'd try buying one on line during the time slot. I've found that their web site will not let you buy anything you are not legally able too.

If you drew this year's tag as first choice you cannot purchase a pref point this year. But, if you drew on second or third choice, then you can...but hurry, I believe you can only purchase until 0ct. 31...

You are correct.

I drew an Antelope tag this year, and filled it. After that I was applying for Elk and Deer pref points and noticed I could not apply for an Antelope pref point.
