Wife's new rifle

[Gone Ballistic]

Went out and took my better half to the gun store to pick out a new hunting rifle. She chose this one. I was happy to see it came with a trigger tech and they throw some bedding into the lug area. We decided the 6.5 cm would be the best cartridge for such a lightweight rifle. This thing weighs just over 7 lbs scoped up with a leupold 3-9. She's gunna let me go do the barrel break in as christensen recommends as she wants nothing to do with such a tedious to task. Groups to come. Really hoping it's a tack driver.

I have that exact rifle, bought it last December for my grandkids for primarily deer hunting. I've got maybe 250 rounds through it and it's very consistent and easy to shoot. You and your wife will love it!
