Who can install extended mag box Sendero 300rum

Well I bought a extended mag box about 2 months ago from Wyatts part# CFE-9 for my Remington Sendero 300rum and can't find a gunsmith willing to take it on and install it..All the gunsmiths I have talked to have been nice and I respect they're honesty but everyone either does have a milling machine or don't trust they're milling machine or just haven't done one before....So it's looking like I'm going to have to ship it somewhere to have it done ...Anyone has any suggestions?

Are you just wanting the action cut so the box will fit or are you wanting the rifle made ready to shoot?
