I am getting ready to order a savage model 12fvss in 270wsm for some long range (for me)shooting. I already have a 12bvss .223 and love it. I plan on coyotes and deer out to 600-800 and steal out to 1000-1200 after lots of practice. I am already thinking about which scope to get and have narrowed it down to the 5-20X44SF or the 6-24X50SF Nikons. Any opinions on thes to scopes is much appreciated. I am going to get the nikoplex or was thinking about the target dot if i decide to get the 6-24. Also who has the best prices on thse scopes?
