When to shoulder bump?

I shoot a 7mm Weatherby Magnum. I'm on my 5th loading and I have only neck sized after the initial firing. I have not bumped the shoulder back yet on any of my brass. I have not had any trouble chambering any rounds. Should I be bumping shoulders on a regular basis?

My loads are starting to get resistance, should I measure the shoulder on a once shot brass and set it to that measurement, or bump it back a bit further?

Also can this be performed with a RCBS Match bushing FL die, but with out a bushing?

Would I just mark the brass and insert till it bumps the shoulder? Or will this slim down the body of the brass also?

Thanks in advance.
