My Friend, I regret to inform you that you've passed the event horizon some time ago without noticing it, and are now accelerating without control into the black hole of reloading mania. I do hope that you are enjoying your journey! My only question is "how did your message escape" ? I can only presume that I too am deeply held within the clutches of the same black hole.

Been loading since 1985 for factory rifles after chasing the reloading equipment for a few years I went to chasing custom barrels on factory actions after a few barrels I went to custom rifles
I reckon my point you can't expect small groups by just reloading ammo you have to look at everything your rifle and your ability to shoot off a bench I got buddies that can shoot free handed and kill everything but can't shoot a five shot group off a bench

When I was shooting high power matches across the corse at 200 yds off hand scores where 190s best was 198 off hand no scope but when it came to sitting and prone I sucked loved to shoot em still was fun for me. After a few shoulder surgeries my high power days are done now it's bench rest and do much better it was easier going from iron sights to glass than glass to iron
