When do you admit your getting Old?

If your children are showing your grandchildren your picture in a museum, is it time to admit your getting Old? When is the time to admit that your getting Old? If your carrying a single digit pound rifle instead of a double digit pound rifle when hunting, is it time to admit that your getting Old?

I'm just wondering why the children and grandchildren are getting so Old? Won't be long till the grandchildren are having children.

Over the last 10 years years old age has definitely reared it's ugly head. The issues are knees and lower back. I think that I can deal with the back pretty well…..it's the knees that are a real hinderance to hunting.

My Great Grandchildren, one of which is 10, have nothing to do with how old I feel! memtb

Being 60 in October I've been feeling old for 20 years due to my neck pain. I know some 80yo's getting around better than I! Not real sure if I'll ever be able to see any of my kids (16-27 yo) get married or see my grandchildren if any are going to have some? I'm hoping to get thru the next 3 years until the twins graduate? Life of pain reeks havoc on my organs (mainly heart). Hoping to teach them all i can about what I get them to think I know . As my uncle likes to say, "don't let the truth get in the way of a good story"!

It seems lately that I've had young people holding the door open for me and a few have even stooped so low as to call me Sir. Talk about hurting!! Especially when it's a young lady :(
Why do I have to suffer these indignities along with the pains in my back, knees, elbows....
