What type of elk gets the biggest antlers in the US and where? Can I go for 12K?

White Mountain Apache tribal lands in AZ has big bulls. Probably cost more but they have a hunt you could do.

Well if I had an $12K to spend on one animal just throw in a few more $$$ for a jet ride and go to Africa for 10 days and shoot a half dozen + Big Plains Game, see thousands of animals and an experience of ten lifetimes!
Load you wall with BIG Mounts instead of just one!

Free range elk in the Big Bend of West Texas.

Look into some of the Ranching for Wildlife operations in Colorado. You can rifle hunt during bow season rut and have the chance to look over a lot of bulls. A heavy horned 360 class bull is pretty **** impressive. If you are chasing 400 class, might need a governors tag for utah or something, but add another zero to your number.

There are 2 high fence elk ranches in idaho....hunt on 20000 acres...whatever weapon....generally preRUT hunt or the really big boys bust off anters tines...I've been doing fish at Timberline Tioga Taxidermy in Coquille Oregon..just helped move 3 of the beast out of the work shop...huge bulls.....I will add pics in a few days.....
