What should I build?

I have this accuracy international AT stock long action. Any suggestions on a build? I'm a big 7 mm and 30 cal fan.

I was/ am a RUM fan but I went to a 30 SM on my last chambering and it keeps up to what my RUM would do but it fits in a mag.
I've left the RUM's for things that I will only ever single feed 338 edge and 375 rum.

lots of good options out there I'd choose one of these likely.

I'm still hooked. I have been playing with them ever since they came out. A couple days ago I talked with Jill Kidd and the guys at J.G.S. and having a 270/7RUM reamer made up. She said it will be a Christmas present. Sure there are more efficient cartridge, but this will be a Barrel Burner. Thank You Very Much.

How fast and how exotic do you wanna go? 300 Allen Xpress... I'm pretty partial to my 7 Allen Mag too
