I'm pretty familiar with reloading tools, etc., but what the heck is this for? HAHA? I picked this up the other day in a bunch of stuff...

That sir, is a Head Space Gauge, Set the adjustable guide on the datum line of an unfired case, zero the gauge, resize your case and it will measure the shoulder bump in your resizing die. Adjust your die accordingly to desired shoulder bump and you are good to go.

I kind of thought so, but every single other headspace gauge that I have looks completely different! Any ideas as to brand?

Brand is on the gauge. Innovative Technologies but listed under www.larrywillis.com. They work very well. I have one.
