Vets and 1st Responders

Sounds like a win-win for all involved.
What I like is I can pick up my phone and call you anytime I want and unless you're tied up at the moment or on a hunt you will pick up the phone and try to answer any question I may have, even after all these years of being in business. Not many owners will do that, thank you.

Steve, that's what happens with growth, there's only so much time in a day, but keep up the CS for as long as you can because it pays off in a huge way as you know. But as customers there will come a time when we have to realize that you can no longer reply to everyone, time just won't allow you to do it, but until that time comes we do appreciate you answering the phone.
