Velocity= groups opening up

Thank you. Will try 4350. By universally better you are referring to both speed and accuracy?
No, mostly just accuracy/precision. As far as speed goes, Low to mid 2800's with the 130 will generally be right about where they top out, but don't be super shocked if it shoots best at 2775 or a little more. Just let the gun tell you, rather than the internet.

Thank you for taking the time to help me with suggestions. I am loading some up now to try.

Nosler, hornady load data with a 24" shows 2800-2850 so maybe 2850-2900 with a 26". The reason it's going south is the load is pressured out even though your not seeing it in the brass. R 26 will get you closer Berger has some data for their 135 gr classic. varget is for sure not getting you there.

These are the best two groups. Charge weight written below. The 37.8 was running 2745
The 38.2 was running 2770

I don't not have re-26

H4350 is the original powder Hornady used and the most accurate. But it is not the fastest. You will not get a 130 to 3k with it. R 26 is the only one that will get you there.
Hornady has W760 at 2900 with a 24"
Berger has it listed as well with Ramshot hunter and imr 7828 sc. 760 is a ball powder and can be temp sensitive.

42.8gr of H4350 got a 130 to 2860FPS not much for accuracy though. Best group is pictured below that was the lowest charge weight at 42gr

Yeah but... how did it shoot?

How a rifle shoots, is EVERYTHING!

The velocity is only ever a result. Who cares. To matter in the world, the velocity needs to increase by over 100fps before you will ever see a tangible gain. Close to 200fps before it actually really starts to show any net gains, and you need a whole other cartridge for that. A 6.5 PRC instead of a 6.5 creedmoor. Then when you get a 6.5 PRC, you'll try to make it be a 26 nosler no doubt. lol

Just make it shoot small consistently. Then you'll hit things. I promise. 🤣

This is the best group the rifle has shot yet.
130 ELDM with 37.8 grain of varget. @2770
One group, does not consistency make.

However, if you load that load exactly... and you go out and it does that group after group after group... then that's your load my dude. Doesn't matter what anyone here says. I've never had better luck with varget than H4350 with 130's... but that might be the magic dust in your barrel.

Don't let anything anyone here says change what you see with your own efforts on your own stuff.

I'm actually loading and shooting these groups and updating this thread by the hour lol. I changed bullets to a Berger OTM 130gr. Stayed with H4350 and shot the below groups which the tightest group was the lowest charge 42gr. Followed by the next tightest group was highest at 42.8.
