Trimming aluminum bedding block

I have a used Winchester M70 Classic that has a Jewel trigger. I recently bought an HS Precision stock that has an aluminum bedding block. The trigger contacts the block for a small area, 5mm x 5mm x 5mm. What would be the best way to trim the block for fit? Suggestions/advice? Thank you.

A Dremel tool works good.

For precision and accuracy for this cutting, use a mill. The measurement (why it's in mm I'll never know) is approximately .200" or 0.19685" converted if the 5mm is an accurate measurement.
