Thoughts on Nikon Monarch 2.5-10 BDC

Wondered if anyone has any experience with Nikon's Monarch 2.5-10x42 BDC rifle scope. I'm thinking of putting it on a 338 RUM in LSS. Would appreciate any info.

Ive got a 2.5x10x50 w 30mm tube. I like it, but can tell very little diff between it and the Buckmaster 3x9x50 w 1" tube. Not worth the extra $$$$. If iI was to buy another it would be the Buckmaster.

I am not very fond of them. I think the circles are to big and cover up to much at a long range. Even target shooting at 200-300 yards I just dont like using the circles. I prefer the B&C reticle on the leupolds.
