Super Sniper 10x42 problem

I have a Super Sniper 10x42 riflescope, and I have a problem with the turrets.
In cold days, the turrets starts stiff, and some times, it slips the first clicks, and I have to rezero it. How can solve the inconvenient?
I have this scope since 2008, and its MOA turrets MIL-DOT reticle.

I have 5 of these scopes and love them. I haven't heard of this problem. I assume your set screws are all tight? I would inspect the brass pin inside of the turret to see if the set screws have wallowed something out from being too tight. I would suggest you contact SWFA as they have great customer service and see if they have a suggestion. Good luck.
