Suggestions on buffalo hunt outfitters?

I have visited over 30 sites online for guided buffalo hunts.

I am interested in an open hunt. Not a small preserve. I am looking for a meat hunt not a trophy hunt. I'm on a budget but am saving up for it. My Inlaws want to travel with and spectate the hunt. I was wondering who has experience on these hunts and what your thoughts are.

I did a hunt at the jump off buffalo ranch in SD years ago. They released our 3 buffalo into 8000 acres of badlands; it was quite a hunt.
