Stuck ejector pin

Have a Rem. 700 that has a stuck ejector pin, have takin it out twice lookes fine, but after first shot it's stuck again. Using H4831 54gr in 6.5-284 140 berger, 2900 fps, could this be a sign of high pressure?

Take it out again, and this time replace the spring.

check the ejector carefully for any "dings" in the area the retainer pin fits in. also, make sure the retainer pin is good.

Also look at the heads of the fired cases. If the hole is leaving an imprint on the case head, you could be pushing a small amount of brass into the pin hole causing it to stick. If so then yes, the load is over pressure.
