I called them about a tikka last week and the answer is no.

They are working on it, but no.

Times have changed and extreme group doesn't do the kind of one offs mcmillan did before

You might be thinking of the Game Warden 2.0. The Game Warden LR appears to have a negative comb with the pad near bore level.
